EXPRESS DELIVERY

*Please note: Our online delivery service is currently experiencing high demand and we're temporarily suspending our guarantee of next business day delivery.

Similar to our standard delivery service, express delivery couriers will only deliver to your front door, on a ground floor location. They cannot deliver large items upstairs, enter homes, or provide installation/removal services. For items that weigh more than 40kg, they will require assistance in unloading. Contact number is required for delivery. Once your order has been processed, on dispatch day, our dispatch team will call to confirm a delivery day & time frame. If confirmation is not obtained, our team will call again on another day to seek confirmation, and will halt the delivery until confirmation is received. Unfortunately we cannot deliver without verbal or written confirmation.

If your item is sold as an assembled unit (make sure you check the condition report above), please ensure that there will be helping hands to assist. Assembled items will require customer assistance in unloading and delivery.

PLEASE NOTE: Missed delivery will incur a re-delivery & return fees if item is returned to our warehouse or need to be re-booked.

Despite being a clearance product, our products will still come covered with a standard manufacturer’s warranty which will be stated on the product’s description above.
The general warranty period for most products will be around 12 months for Treadmills, 12 months for Bicycles and 6 months for all other equipment & products unless otherwise stated.
